Some of our mixed-use projects
&Amsterdam
ZÜBLIN Nederland was commissioned by Greystar to build &Amsterdam, a sustainable mixed-use complex in Amsterdam-Zuidoost comprising 561 rental flats and commercial spaces. The project comprises three buildings surrounding a green courtyard and combines an urban feel with a pleasant living environment.
ODE Amsterdam
ODE Amsterdam is a leading inner-city project on Oosterdokseiland, developed by ZÜBLIN Nederland to house Booking.com’s new headquarters. The iconic building combines high-quality office space with apartments and commercial facilities, and is one of the largest and most complex construction projects in the centre of Amsterdam.
Amadeus The Hague
Amadeus The Hague is a retail and residential development on a prominent corner site at the junction of the Spui and the Kalvermarkt, built by ZÜBLIN Nederland. The project combines a vibrant retail ground floor with high-quality apartments and links the site’s historical significance with a contemporary urban design.
The Rotterdam
De Rotterdam is an iconic mixed-use development on the Wilhelminapier and a striking feature of Rotterdam’s skyline. The building, comprising three interconnected towers, combines living, working, accommodation and amenities to form a true ‘vertical city’.
U Building, Rotterdam
The U-Building Rotterdam is a new-build project on the Woudestein campus comprising 372 student accommodation units and a commercial ground floor, constructed by ZÜBLIN Nederland. The building enhances the campus by bringing together residential, study and sports facilities in an integrated manner.
Stadskade, Apeldoorn
Stadskade is an integral part of the comprehensive redevelopment of the Kanaaloevers city centre area in Apeldoorn. The scheme borders directly on the Apeldoorns Kanaal and forms a triangle between Kanaal Noord, Havenweg and Molenstraat.
Le Carrefour
On the outskirts of the new city centre of ’s‑Hertogenbosch, Le Carrefour has been built – a vibrant place where living, working and education come together. STRABAG acted as the developer and main contractor on this project.
City Hall
The Gouda Town Hall is a striking public building in Gouda’s Spoorzone and the new face of the municipality of Gouda. The project forms a key link in the redevelopment of the station area into a dynamic urban hub. ZÜBLIN constructed the building as part of a construction team, with sustainable building services forming the basis for a future-proof city centre.
Laakcenter & Calandria
This multifunctional development project by Devco (STRABAG) includes space for living, working and sport, as well as for education, offices and community facilities.
Nieuwegein Theatre Complex
The Nieuwegein Theatre Complex is a cultural icon in the revitalised centre of Nieuwegein, where theatre, art and urban life converge. The project combines a modern municipal theatre with a commercial ground-floor retail area and a large-scale multi-storey car park, ensuring that accessibility and the visitor experience go hand in hand.
Ijdock Car Park
The IJdock car park is a unique underground car park, built beneath the River IJ on an artificial island in the heart of Amsterdam. The project combines technical complexity with architectural quality and forms a solid foundation for a multifaceted inner-city development.
