U Building, Rotterdam

The U-Building in Rotterdam is a striking educational and residential building on the Woudestein campus. The project contributes to a vibrant campus where living, studying and sport come together naturally.

ZÜBLIN Nederland was responsible for the construction of this new-build project, which comprised 372 student flats and a commercial ground floor, intended for business premises that contributed to the expansion of the sports facilities on the campus grounds.

This development marked an important step towards strengthening the campus, where living, studying and sports facilities came together in an integrated way.
