Central Services: our technical backbone

Our in-house Central Services (CS) department brings together technical expertise across the Benelux. With a team of engineers, architects, BIM specialists and application managers, CS supports every construction project from the initial design right through to completion.

CS offers a wide range of services to make projects stronger, smarter and more efficient:

At CS, we have one key objective: to prepare projects more effectively and execute them more successfully. To this end, our design department uses the very latest software and multidisciplinary teams, working closely with the project teams on our construction sites. Finally, Central Services constantly strives for technical and financial optimisation in order to create maximum added value for every project.

Collaboration with Zentrale Technik

CS works closely with Zentrale Technik (ZT) and Innovation & Digitalisation at STRABAG SE, one of the largest centres of technical expertise in Europe, with over 1,300 engineers. This ensures that every project within the Benelux has direct access to technical expertise at an international level.
