The ZÜBLIN TEAMCONCEPT® is a unique partnership model that translates collaboration into concrete, contractually agreed methods, such as a pre-determined price or a specific construction period. The client and main contractor work closely together from the very start of the project. This continuous collaboration forms the common thread running through the project, during the development, execution and aftercare phases. An early exchange of knowledge, requirements and experiences ensures the project is optimised. This approach offers the greatest possible transparency, excellent progress of the works and the ability to respond quickly and efficiently. Close collaboration with the client ensures a balanced implementation in which risks and conflicts are quickly identified and managed. Early anticipation avoids unnecessary costs during the construction phase. A professional project team ensures cost and time savings and also guarantees a high-quality outcome.

Design

In the initial phase, the broad outlines are defined and the project objectives established. ZÜBLIN Nederland is involved in the design process or takes charge of the design itself. Our company also acts as a project consultant: this involves a needs analysis, a site survey and an economic feasibility study. These tools ultimately ensure that the defined targets in terms of budget, timing and constructability are met.

Implementation

During the construction phase, ZÜBLIN Nederland acts as the main contractor. The execution of the project depends on the agreed budget, the timeframe and the required quality. At this stage, ZÜBLIN Nederland is responsible for the entire project management, the construction work and the commissioning of the building complex.

Operation

The client may also opt for an additional phase in which ZÜBLIN Nederland takes over facility management. During the operational phase, ZÜBLIN Nederland is then responsible for maintenance on behalf of the owner and/or user. ZÜBLIN Nederland’s facility services include the management and oversight of support activities such as refurbishments, extensions, renovation and maintenance. Our organisation is therefore open to the implementation of various DBFM projects.
