Laakcenter & Calandria

This multifunctional development project by Devco (STRABAG) includes space for living, working and sport, as well as for education, offices and community facilities.

The largest inner-city regeneration project comprises Laakcenter, the attractive residential, working and shopping centre, and Calandria.

Laakcenter is a multi-purpose complex close to the centre of The Hague. Calandria is a stately yet dynamic complex, thanks to its distinctive architecture, which reflects the charm of the surrounding area.
