ODE Amsterdam
ODE Amsterdam is a leading inner-city project on Oosterdokseiland, developed by ZÜBLIN Nederland to house Booking.com’s new headquarters. The iconic building combines high-quality office space with apartments and commercial facilities, and is one of the largest and most complex construction projects in the centre of Amsterdam.
Le Carrefour
On the outskirts of the new city centre of ’s‑Hertogenbosch, Le Carrefour has been built – a vibrant place where living, working and education come together. STRABAG acted as the developer and main contractor on this project.
Matrix VII
Matrix VII is a high-quality, sustainable research building for innovative companies in the IT, new media and life sciences sectors. The project combines office and laboratory spaces with specialist construction solutions, such as vibration-damped laboratories for precision research. Thanks to close collaboration between ZÜBLIN Nederland and the design team, the building meets high technical and sustainability standards.
The Cloud
ZÜBLIN Nederland was responsible for the refurbishment and extension of an existing office building in Amsterdam, which was redeveloped into a sustainable and future-oriented office complex known as The Cloud.
GML Utrecht
The Joint Environmental Laboratory (GML) is a laboratory building constructed on the University of Utrecht’s campus. The laboratories are used by the University of Utrecht, Deltares and TNO.
City Hall
The Gouda Town Hall is a striking public building in Gouda’s Spoorzone and the new face of the municipality of Gouda. The project forms a key link in the redevelopment of the station area into a dynamic urban hub. ZÜBLIN constructed the building as part of a construction team, with sustainable building services forming the basis for a future-proof city centre.
Port City
Port City Rotterdam is a contemporary office development on the Waalhaven, combining two office buildings with a multi-storey car park, the roof of which has been converted into a public leisure area. With a range of high-profile international tenants, Port City is breathing new life into this harbour area.
DNV Barendrecht
DNV Barendrecht is a bespoke laboratory and office building, constructed on a carefully chosen site in the Vaanpark. The project provides DNV with future-proof premises that allow scope for growth and innovation.
Laakcenter & Calandria
This multifunctional development project by Devco (STRABAG) includes space for living, working and sport, as well as for education, offices and community facilities.
Vigilantis
Vigilantis is a modern and distinctive office complex in Vlaardingen, featuring striking architecture and flexible workspaces. The project combines a slender tower with a curved wing and has been a familiar workplace for public and private users for many years. Thanks to its central location and excellent accessibility, Vigilantis is strategically positioned to serve a wide range of organisations.
