Port City
Port City is a contemporary office development comprising a multi-storey car park and two office blocks on the reclaimed south-eastern section of the Waalhaven.
The offices are intended for companies in the maritime sector and industry. The top floor of the car park will be developed as a public space covering an area of 13,000 m².
One of the buildings will be taken into use by the Benelux branch of the Taiwanese company Evergreen Marine. The other building will be taken into use by the Royal Schouten Group.
