The Cloud
ZÜBLIN Nederland was responsible for the refurbishment and extension of an existing office building in Amsterdam, which was redeveloped into a sustainable and future-oriented office complex known as The Cloud.
The former office building at Meester Treublaan 7 in Amsterdam has undergone a thorough transformation and has been renovated in an environmentally conscious manner to become a sustainable office building.
The building comprises five office floors and two underground car park levels. An atrium measuring approximately 900 m² is situated where the existing courtyard garden used to be.
The building has a BREEAM sustainability certificate at the ‘very good’ level.
