Nieuwegein Theatre Complex
The Nieuwegein Theatre Complex is a cultural icon in the revitalised centre of Nieuwegein, where theatre, art and urban life converge. The project combines a modern municipal theatre with a commercial ground-floor retail area and a large-scale multi-storey car park, ensuring that accessibility and the visitor experience go hand in hand.
Kinepolis Utrecht
Kinepolis Utrecht is a large-scale cinema complex in the heart of Utrecht, right next to the Jaarbeurs and the Central Station. The project offers a high-quality cinema experience with fourteen screens and the latest projection and sound technology. ZÜBLIN contributed to the realisation of this public landmark within a complex urban environment.
Rosada Factory Outlet
Rosada Factory Outlet is a large-scale, internationally oriented outlet centre near Roosendaal. The project comprises dozens of shops and ample parking facilities, and attracts millions of visitors every year. ZÜBLIN contributed to the realisation of this dynamic retail concept through construction management.
Roermond Designer Outlet Centre
The Designer Outlet Centre Roermond project involved the refurbishment of a central entrance and shop within one of the Netherlands’ busiest outlet centres. The project was carried out using a Design & Build approach, whilst the shopping centre remained fully operational.
