Design and build project for a new shop and entrance at the busy outlet centre in Roermond. A visible upgrade in a dynamic retail environment.
STRABAG Belgium nv built the Designer Outlet Centre in Roermond, the Netherlands, on behalf of the developer McArthur Glenn.
The works involved the demolition of the existing main entrance and the construction of a new Polo Ralph Lauren shop. The shopping centre remained open throughout the works. The project was carried out in accordance with the “Design & Build” specifications.
