Rosada Factory Outlet

Through its construction management services, ZÜBLIN Nederland is contributing to the development of an international outlet centre with 75 shops and extensive parking facilities.

Thanks to its unique location near Roosendaal, the Rosada Factory Outlet Centre is easily accessible to visitors from both the Netherlands and Belgium. Rosada is the third and newest outlet centre in the Netherlands. Two other outlet centres are situated in Roermond and Lelystad. Rosada expects to welcome two million visitors annually.

more than 1,000 parking spaces, with an additional capacity of 600 spaces
