Digital planning and sustainable construction for maximum efficiency
To keep complexity, planning and the budget under control, we use digital tools such as Building Information Modelling (BIM). This ensures transparency in design and execution, allows bottlenecks to be resolved at an early stage, and enables adjustments to be made without compromising on quality or control.
At the same time, we build with respect for the environment. We employ construction methods that conserve resources and minimise the impact on the environment and local residents. We work to high quality standards such as DGNB, and design buildings that are environmentally and economically sustainable throughout their entire life cycle.

Le Carrefour
On the outskirts of the new city centre of ’s‑Hertogenbosch, Le Carrefour has been built – a vibrant place where living, working and education come together. STRABAG acted as the developer and main contractor on this project.
STC Waalhaven
STC Waalhaven is a forward-looking educational building situated on the waterfront, where light, space and views take centre stage. The transparent design visually connects the building with the Waalhaven and allows daylight to penetrate deep into the interior.
Maerlant College
Maerlant College is a modern campus where education, sport and mobility come together in a smart way. The complex of school buildings and sports facilities is spacious and clearly laid out, encouraging social interaction and physical activity. Underground car and cycle parking facilities contribute to a compact and sustainable educational environment.
