The former Shell headquarters on Oostduinlaan was transformed by ZÜBLIN Nederland into a residential complex that met the highest sustainability standards.

The original building consisted of a high-rise and a low-rise section. The sixteen-storey high-rise section was converted into flats, with a two-level underground car park. The low-rise section was demolished and replaced by a new eight-storey tower block.

Sustainability was a key consideration for the client. The project was completed with the aim of achieving a BREEAM Excellent rating.
