Ligapark Roosendaal

Regal living spaces, a sustainable green plan and a distinctive architectural design were the key features of Ligapark in Roosendaal.

The magnificent sculptures ‘Trust’ and ‘Perseverance’, originally from the façade of the LIGA factories, have been restored and reinstalled on the buildings’ façades. The homes in the park are spacious and, in terms of layout and finish, meet the highest standards of living comfort.

There is a variety of flats, maisonettes, terraced houses and practice flats. The properties were built under the guarantee of the Stichting Landelijke Garantie Woningbouw. Care services were offered as an option within the scheme.

The charming Ligapark was given distinctive paving, planting and lighting. A water feature with a beautifully designed bridge was incorporated into the park. Parking is largely underground.
